Terms of Service

Iterune is a modular software service for organising information and activities, including Career tools for storing career information, creating CVs and tracking job applications.

You are responsible for accurate account information, reasonable protection of your sign-in credentials and lawful use of your account. You must not access another user's data, bypass security or rate limits, interfere with the service, introduce malicious content or use Iterune for unlawful activity.

You retain ownership of content you add to Iterune. You give Iterune the limited permission needed to host, copy, transform, render, export, secure and otherwise process that content to provide the features you request, subject to the Privacy Notice and applicable law.

You must have the right to upload and use content you submit, including information about other people. Do not use Iterune to store unlawfully obtained personal information or infringing material.

Career information, CVs and application records are organisational and document-building tools. Iterune does not guarantee interviews, employment, suitability for a role, applicant-tracking-system results or the accuracy of employer/job information entered by users.

You are responsible for reviewing a CV or application before sending it. Uploaded originals and editable Iterune CVs can be separate records; deleting one does not necessarily delete the other unless the interface expressly says so.

If AI assistance is introduced, generated or suggested text may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by the user. AI assistance must not be treated as verification of qualifications, employment history or other facts. Iterune's intended Career AI design is to work from user-supplied evidence rather than invent experience.

Iterune may apply storage, CV-count, usage or feature limits to different plans. Current development limits and entitlement foundations are provisional until commercial plans and pricing are published. Paid terms, renewal/cancellation rules and statutory consumer information will be completed before paid subscriptions are offered.

Do not add special-category or other highly sensitive information merely because a free-text field permits it. Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, Iterune is not designed as a medical-record, identity-document vault, password manager or regulated financial-record repository.

Iterune remains under active development. Features may change or be unavailable during testing. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose. Backup/recovery capabilities and retention depend on the production infrastructure and will be verified before broad launch.

Access may be restricted or terminated to protect users or the service, respond to abuse/security issues, comply with law or address material breaches of these terms. Account-deletion controls are available in the current foundation, but complete deletion behaviour across live data, files and provider backups must be verified before broad launch.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Final consumer-facing warranty, liability and statutory-rights wording requires legal review before commercial launch.

Iterune will not treat a broad variation clause as a blank cheque to impose unexpected material changes. Where a change materially affects users' rights or obligations, Iterune will bring it to users' attention and require fresh agreement before continued use where that is the fair and appropriate approach.

Minor technical, security, drafting or legally required changes may be notified without a fresh acceptance step where that is appropriate. The version and update date shown on this page identify the current terms.

Iterune is currently operated from the United Kingdom. Final operator identity, contact details, governing-law and jurisdiction wording will be completed before general public commercial launch.
