Last updated: 20 September 2026
1. About Iterune
Iterune is a modular software service made up of standalone apps for organising records, activities and information across areas such as work and everyday life.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in credentials secure and using your account only in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
You must not attempt to access another user's account or data, interfere with the service, bypass security controls or use Iterune for unlawful activity.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of information and content you add to Iterune. You give Iterune permission to process that content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain and improve the functionality you request, subject to the Privacy Notice and applicable law.
4. Development status
Iterune is currently under active development. Features may be incomplete, changed, unavailable or removed during testing.
Do not rely on this development version as the sole repository for important records. Keep appropriate independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.
5. Sensitive information
Unless a feature is expressly identified as ready for that purpose, do not upload passports, financial statements, highly sensitive personal records or other information that requires elevated protection during the development stage.
6. Availability and changes
Iterune may change, suspend or discontinue development features where necessary. Reasonable care will be taken when developing and operating the service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not promised during testing.
7. Account termination
Access may be restricted or terminated where an account is used to abuse the service, compromise security, infringe the rights of others or break applicable law or these terms.
User-controlled account deletion will be implemented before general public launch.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Final consumer-facing liability terms will be reviewed before commercial launch.
9. Governing law
Iterune is currently operated from the United Kingdom. Final governing-law and jurisdiction provisions will be completed before general public commercial launch.
10. Contact
Formal operator and contact details will be published before general public launch.
See the Privacy Notice for information about personal-data processing.
